Breakfast Candy
I had it for a while and my blood sugar level was very high. I don't eat candy, so I assume the high sugar level came from there.

Sounds crazy, until coming home after a long day at work and all you want to do is collapse into the couch but you're hungry….10 seconds later you have a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Be careful though, speaking for a friend, if you do it once you'll never go back

Cereal is legit comfort food. I think it's OK to do that every now and again, but for me gone are the days when I can eat something like this regularly or in quantity.

I donate to the church food pantry. Every city has or should by now since Covid, at least one. Many churches in every city have food pantries. Alternatively Salvation Army and Goodwill and homeless ppl you see.
