It's a good deal and acer makes decent laptops, specially on the higher end models like this. It's the same price as the same specd alienware x16 but with a better screen and 32gb upgradable ram and no mechanical keyboard. Personally I prefer the alienware due to "resellability" back where I live, but this one is better overall specs wise while the alienware is slicker. They're both pretty heavy with the alienware being thinner.

It's a good laptop. I bought one last time it was this price, but it started blue screening after a week of ownership and I had to call Acer warranty support to get it fixed instead of returning to B&H. B&H return policy is that you cannot return a laptop that has been opened. Doesn't matter what the reason is, if you open the box, you can't return it. Acer said it was a bad system board and replaced it with no issues.
