When I click on the EBay image, it does not take me to the
Ebay website.
Is this a third party gift card company?
when you go here https://www.ebay.com/giftcards it directs you to the same url in ops post so its legit

The first time you use a gift card it will be permanently attached to your eBay account and will appear as a payment method when you checkout in subsequent purchases, until it has a zero balance.

Tried to order the 2nd one on a different browser to the same email, same CC, same address, didn't work.
Used an incognito window and sent it to a different email, same CC, same address, seemed to work. On the 2nd one, I had to validate thru the Amex app on my phone that it was me trying to purchase the 2nd one.
-edit, 2nd GC was declined by Launch. Womp womp.
1st one has already hit my 1st email, ready to be redeemed, so woot woot?
