This one has liquid cooling, as opposed to the 7700's deal which includes air cooling.
The 4070 Ti performs at about 90-95% of the 4070 Ti Super in terms of performance.
The price is $1499 (using the Payboo credit card to avoid sales tax) versus $1485 plus tax (using a student and first order discount can take an additional $100 off).
It seems like an equal deal to me if you are able to get all the discounts.
