I think I just learned my dell came with one? An its so laggy when trying to access websites (my ping is super low compared to others in games; so that's not it)... So if my dell has a m2 drive already is it like the worst drive ever? Can I trust sd case they say this brand is so great an Alienware an Dell generic has burned me 2x cause that

No, even if you were running an old spinning rust drive, it would not affect your computer like this. Try a new (i.e. one that hasn't been used on this PC before) browser. If you have an extra SSD, pull the old one and reinstall Windows on the new one and see if it makes a difference.
