Worse scenario, grab a case of cans and try to apply the $3.00 EFT payment off a case. If it does not reduce the bill by three bucks, you refuse to buy the case.
You will be provided a "prepaid" EFT payment valid up to $3.00 Value. This is NOT a coupon. It is a form of payment which the cashier accepts at the register as though you were to provide a creditcard, debit card,etc.
Explain to the cashier to FOLLOW the directions and the payment will leave the prepaid EFT payment and be accepted as full payment for that item up to $3.00
It is not rocket science but i have discovered some cashiers which i have needed to teach them how to use this form of payment. It is extremely easy if directions are followed.
Some of yourselves are already familiar with Vizervelocity form of payments and need not be taught anything. Most cashiers are NOT well informed about a prepaid form of payment unless they read the instructions you will provide them.
If the item costs $3.00 or less, you will not be paying anything extra unless you may live in a state that charges sales tax for this item, or some deposit fee cause comes in a can, and may or not be paid by the EFT account balance as a worse case scenario.
Knowing that; you could save the time and "add' the EFT payment to your Walmart + account wallet and at time of online order checkout apply that EFT form of payment off your bill for orders placed above $35 on walmart.com
Then, the $2.38 money would be paid for from the $3.00 EFT payment you apply at checkout. You just need to remember that one of the forms of payment during checkout is the EFT payment. If it is not present during checkout, you simply look at the forms of payment being selected and add a new payment and be taken to your wallet and select the EFT payment to be used alongside your other forms of payment cause you had already added the EFT payment to your wallet
Or, apply the EFT payment to your Walmart+ account walmart and use in store pickup of order Or, if you do not have Walmart plus account order it for in store pickup and use the EFT payment during checkout for in store pickup.
