As OP alluded to, the first gen Delta (this, not Delta 2) has older battery tech, lithium ion instead of lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO2, or LFP). This is a disadvantage but for a lot of people it should be fine, and Ecoflow makes a good product. Reviews on their refurbs are pretty spotty though - some people say they got used ones that don't turn on, are dirty, or are very beat up and obviously not refurbished in any way. This is a pretty good price if you're willing to gamble on a "refurb" though.

I got a Delta 1260Wh ebay refurb. Used it for a couple weeks, so far no issues except sometimes have to re-plug one of the USB-Cs, but I got it for under $400 a couple months ago so I can't complain...at least so far...hopefully I don't jinx it !
