I've loved this flavor in the past but heads up - recent reviews say the salted caramel may have changed recipes and is chalkier than it was before. Do with that what you will.

I've been buying these pretty much non-stop for the last few years as I put them in my coffee. There has been no noticeable difference whatsoever in the flavor or texture.
It tastes better than anything Duncan or Starbucks has to offer, and has 45 calories per cup, and it's all from protein (not sugar )!
Probably one of the best diet hacks I can think of, other than making protein ice cream with your ninja creami!

That honestly concerns me a bit more to be frank. I've had some weird experiences with Amazon food orders, so that has me questioning what the deal is with their inventory. This sale is sold by Amazon Warehouse.
