That's why I just make my coffee by boiling water in a stainless steel kettle with long spout and pouring it over grounded coffee (using pour-over method). Light clean-up, very good tasting coffee, near-zero risk of mold, etc.
Talked to two reps who refused to honor it despite their app advertising it to me.
Guess I'll continue never going to your store guys.

Anyhow, I got the Salted Caramel Cold Brew from Starbucks yesterday with this deal and got the Trenta size, no ice. It was not diluted and for under $4, I definitely got a great tasting cold brew that would've made for 3-4x Trenta sizes if I had added ice. I don't know why everyone in here is complaining, the quality has always been consistent at my local Starbucks and these promos are great when used with giftcard deals.
