Edit: I've personally traded in several devices (phones and watch) in Mountain View. In all instances they physically took the device and gave me credit instantly. I can't personally vouch for the other stores.

Is this the case that you can do instore trade-in when you pick up?
I have done mail in trade in a couples of times but never did in store trade in with Google.
If I can't trade in in-store I would much prefer saving my trip to the store.
if this was the case why wouldnt they list 11inch ipad pro gen 5 and 6 like they do for the 12.9inch model?
