Negative, I've bought and picked up like 10+ Pixel phones at google stores with trade-in the past few years and they've always sent me a seperate box that I need to ship out for the trade-in.

If you happen to live near a physical Google Store, you can do the trade-in instantly in person so no delays or risks. NYC, Boston, and Mountain View.

Edit: I've personally traded in several devices (phones and watch) in Mountain View. In all instances they physically took the device and gave me credit instantly. I can't personally vouch for the other stores.

I just can't use Apple products. I tried for 2 years after the iphone 4 came out. They are so dumbed down, feel like I'm a preschooler every time I use an apple device. No surprise, Apple treats their customers like they are boomers who cant work a computer.

This tablet I'm trading in was a gift and so so moronic how you cant just drag/drop stuff on this tablet. Stuff like that is what makes me dislike Apple stuff.

Not sure about his. I got.mh pixel tablet with dock on Friday, listed it today on FB marketplace and sold it in 2 hours for 400$ firm. Got other interested parties as well..maybe buying the dock version is the better choice for flipping.

You got lucky, most likely due to the timing and where you live. Nothing to do with the dock. Most sellers won't get lucky once the market is flooded with these.

If I could trade in one of my Amazon Fire tablets, I might give this a try. But only Apple and Samsung tablets are eligible. I guess they don't want to lure away Amazon customers. Seems short-sighted.
