I wasn't happy with Dell's 9410 deal that's currently going down and was looking around. I found this code worked for the 10th-generation i7 models and ordered one. I remembered a lot of people saying they would have purchased the 5411 if it had an i7...here it is!
The deal code YEAREND5411 takes off half and gives free shipping.

Something broke though, the URL doesn't work anymore and I'm unable to get pricing.
Quality and condition is highly YMMV, even with "Grade A".
I bought two "Grade A" Latitudes and they were well-used.
Others have been much luckier.
FYI - 5411 models have serious overheating issues. Check REDDIT and DELL COMMUNITY SUPPORT.
Very noisy fan. Hot processor. Only way to fix is to minimize processor power, then it's SLOW.
There were many corporate and government complaints and returns.
