Does have USB input though so this could be used as an external amp for PCs

edit: No that's not how the USB works. I think it's only for drives that contain sound files

I have the 696, works great, gets extremely hot though. It's a good affordable unit if you need the secondary channel set. That being said I'd probably get a nicer unit if I had to buy again. The features and interface are a little outdated, I remember during install that the Bluetooth also only works on the primary channels I believe. I can't remember right but lots of little gimmicks on this
