Can always add extra cheese for like 10 cents to push it to ~1.10+
The free item of the day is combinable with the items in the "deals & digital exclusives": 2 Breakfast Jack for $3 or 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5
Used to really like Jack's, but it's become the greasiest shithole of bottom tier fast food places ever over the past couple of years... Sonic is somehow a step above. Ordered the 2 for $3 breakfast jacks awhile back via the app and even they were super greasy.

Just tried the spicy fried chicken wrap today and it was surprisingly tasty and filling!
(I've been unimpressed with everything else I've tried at JitB over the last years)

I might go Thursday, or I might not.

My local Jack in the Box always gives me attitude for online/mobile orders, like jack in the box hasn't figured out mobile order like mcdonalds or wendys has.

My local Jack in the Box is also pretty consistently incompetent, always forgetting something in my order.

Not worth the hassle.

Getting a payment error in the app, tried 2 different location. Using a virtual card, not sure if that has something to do.

Edit: switched to Android and created a new account and it worked with the same card.

Jack in the Box is one of the worst gouging offenders. In 2022 near me they were selling Jumbo Jack Cheeseburgers for $3.39, and doubles for $4.89. I watched them add a dime or two almost every time I ordered, which admittedly isn't much. As of today, those prices are $4.49 and $6.19, respectively. 33% inflation in less than two years.

Sonic is so good that they had to close all 3 locations in my city, due to lack of customers.

All fast food chains increased their prices in response to the minimum wage increase in California. Cane's near me bumped their prices up twice in a couple months. Not really Jack's fault.

Please...the minimum wage increase in CA just happened a month ago. Fast food places have been jacking (pun intended) up their prices for years to the point now that people are finally speaking with their wallets and not going. So now the mega-corps and wealthy franchise owners are panicking. The problem is, the fast food companies use the labor wage as an excuse to RAISE prices well beyond what they need to pay for wage increase. Surprised? If you do the math, they need to charge maybe 25-40 cents per order (or less) to pay for the wage increase. But they are GREEDY and don't want to spend a penny from their tremendous profits they are already making.

I don't feel sorry for them at all.

EDIT: Kudo's to In-n-Out for having a policy (by the owner) to keep price hikes to an absolute minimum. They are still the best deal around for a great fast food meal. I might also say that when I look at JiB's menu, they have so much crap -- so many items that they have to keep fresh and in stock. That isn't cheap. In-n-Out has a very simple menu that just works -- Hamburger or cheeseburger, fries, and drinks. That's all they do. Helps keep costs down. JiB is best described as a Jack of all trades, master of none.

I can attest to some of the replies above, this food is disgusting, not even worth $1 for their chicken sandwich. Tried JIB for the first time today and ordered two Chicken Sandwiches, realized that is the biggest mistake, even McDs ones are better than this crap. FYI, we dont prefer McD's ones either.

did not work for me. Even buying multiple orders of tacos wouldn't work. They seem to break their own rules by excluding tacos

Wouldn't work for me. I tried for at least an hour and just waisted time. The app ended up doubling my order, but no fee item. Jack has gone downhill. Go to Wendy's !

This worked for me, except extra cheese was $.20 extra. $.99+$.20=$1.19 + tax. Qualified for free Jumbo Jack today (placed through mobile app order).
