(I've been unimpressed with everything else I've tried at JitB over the last years)
My local Jack in the Box always gives me attitude for online/mobile orders, like jack in the box hasn't figured out mobile order like mcdonalds or wendys has.
My local Jack in the Box is also pretty consistently incompetent, always forgetting something in my order.
Not worth the hassle.
Edit: switched to Android and created a new account and it worked with the same card.
Sonic is so good that they had to close all 3 locations in my city, due to lack of customers.
All fast food chains increased their prices in response to the minimum wage increase in California. Cane's near me bumped their prices up twice in a couple months. Not really Jack's fault.

I don't feel sorry for them at all.
EDIT: Kudo's to In-n-Out for having a policy (by the owner) to keep price hikes to an absolute minimum. They are still the best deal around for a great fast food meal. I might also say that when I look at JiB's menu, they have so much crap -- so many items that they have to keep fresh and in stock. That isn't cheap. In-n-Out has a very simple menu that just works -- Hamburger or cheeseburger, fries, and drinks. That's all they do. Helps keep costs down. JiB is best described as a Jack of all trades, master of none.
