I really liked mine using it for fun (I use 2 Ronin RS3's for work as a videographer), but will say that in 3 weeks it started making a random grinding noise on the Tilt motor. It wasn't used hard, and was normally adjusted and was only holding a Canon R8 with a RF24 1.8mm on it.

Manufacturing defects happen, and DJI support is great. I just returned it though and didn't worry about getting another one. Outside of the bad motor experience, the gimbal was pretty awesome.

I've been assuming a a7iv with a Sigma 24-70 f2.8 would be a bit much for this, anyone tried this combo or similar with success?

I am using a nikkon z30 with a NIKKOR Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3 VR and not having any issues, The motors are pretty strong on this little guy. Hope this helps
