As I learned from a past post, you can combine the many gift cards into one gift card in your account. Go to the account, then Payment/Gift Card button. In there is the feature to "transfer" value of gift card to others or into another gift card. Combining the cards into one allows you to avoid small amounts left over on a card. You can only use the money from one gift card for a purchase, so combining the values into one is a better way to use up all of the value of many cards.

Just used these discounted gift cards on the BOGO footlong deal.... with the discount cards it came out to less than $4/footlong turkey sub. Put the order online while you are just outside the store. Then after you finish the order, go in line and give them verbal direction to add the extra-this or extra-that you want. If you just rely on them following your online requests for extra stuff, you are not likely to get extra-stuff. I got the un-toasted sub, which is not taxed where I live. Went home to put it in a toaster oven and put some avocado on it. Worth it if you like Subway sandwiches. Have to admit, toasting the bread at home so that it is crunchy makes the sandwich better.
There are many subs that are less than $15, and if you load the card into the app and use the FLBOGO promo code you can get 2 subs for < $15. I would say it's a slick deal
You can use two gift cards for one purchase by the way.
First hit "Add Gift Card" and type in the code.
Then under the "Payment" section select "Manage"
Finally "Add Payment Method" and select gift card to add a second card to the order.

I'm not sure this is the best value. First, because now they are offering free 6" sub ($9 value) on https://www.subway.com/en-us/subwaycard for purchases above $25. (EDIT: You can purchase many of these to get many free subs, so I still think this is better value than OP's deal.)

Second, because lower-value gift cards make you spend more from your own card, assuming you can only use at a time. (EDIT: You can combine GCs as per some users, see below.)

Using these cards is like getting blood from a rock. The Subway site, web or mobile, is a abomination.
I got so frustrated last deal, that I returned the cards to costco. If you value your time and energy, DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS.

You can use multiple gift cards to pay or combine multiple gift cards together into a single card, which is what I do. It is inconvenient to need to copy/paste the info for several individual cards into the app and then combine them manually. May be a deal breaker for less tech-savvy people or those with a low tolerance for spending a few minutes doing finicky app wrangling to save money. For me, it's worth it.

Mobile phone or home computers, cannot get the order to go through. Complaints to corporate go unanswered. Even the employees say the system is so screwed up. If a company doesn't even want to fix their systems or reply to customer complaints, they lose my future business. I just go to the supermarket, get some good bread/rolls and meat and make my own.

Sorry you faced that issue. I was able to add them last time and also combine them, as one poster mentiioned, so there's only 1 GC linked to the account. Combined with Subway's promos it's an overall great value.

I regularly figure out whatever the current 6 inch for 3.99 coupon is either through slickdeals, or eBay pictures of coupons pages.

One of my local subways still accept the codes through the app. Using this GC deal preloaded on the app, my 6" Sub lunch (any regular type of sandwich, like the steak or All-American club) comes out to about 3.09 after tax.

It's always an odd feeling when I pickup my sandwich and see some dude paying 20 dollars for their lunch at the same establishment.

In my mind, I think, 'thank you sir, you are the reason why I am probably still allowed to use coupons here.'
