Ive had this for about a year. Installed in the fall. Never had to charge it all winter (live in Boston) it did get down to 2 bars of battery in the winter. Triggered about 3-4 times each day. Since about April the camera has received enough sunlight to be fully charged now.

Would recommend.

I was able to snag this at $70 early this year. Keep in mind that this requires direct sunlight so where you install is going to be important.

I'd like to put these at a remote location where i don't have Internet. I know they can record on device, but is there a way to send that recording to a base station of some sort in case a thief decides to destroy the camera itself?
