The link issue appears to be a slickdeals issue, not the OP provided link. As for the price, the OP mentions spot which changes every few seconds. Apmex never sells for spot.

Well not everyone has a Costco membership and I agree I wouldn't use a credit card but if you can pay cash it doesn't get much better than paying the spot price.

Krugerrands are 91.67% gold, not high enough to be considered "precious metals" in many states for taxation purposes. You may need to pay sales tax on this, depending on where you live.
I was disappointed when I saw the Total Due jump by almost $200 after entering my address. The sales tax where I live makes this deal unfavorable compared to the 0.9999 gold coins and bars frequently offered by Costco.
