The Lowe's one is a good deal, but only in that particular color and you'll be waiting 2 weeks for delivery to store.
The Home Depot one is a push up umbrella with no crank, which is more of a pain to deal with for the $3 and change you save.

No it does not but the base by them comes out to $20. Total 60$ not bad

I find stands last a lot longer than the umbrellas. So, I'm almost every other season replacing umbrellas but not the stand. I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat but they do sell a relatively cheap stand, if you're looking for both.

The price is also good. And the prints are usually great as well. The matching cushions, when on sale and combinable with Kohls Cash and a great coupon are fantastic as well.
