I bought two of these in 2021 and although they seemed to be very good quality, the glue started delaminating on both of them after 6 months (only using on the lake twice). The handle ripped off and the deck peeled about 3/4 of the way off. They later had a recall for the tandem boards due to an issue with the glue at the seams coming apart causing them to burst. Even though mine were the single person boards I feel like they were experiencing the same problem.

I returned both to Costco and they let me exchange them for the 2022 model and those have been holding up well with minimal use, but my previous experience kind of shook my trust in these iSups.

With that said, these Body Glove boards are produced by Surf9 LLC and manufactured by Jiangxi Aike Outdoor Sports. Another company called Asia Direct imports similar boards from the manufacturer. Just providing info for product comparisons.

Took this to Hawaii. Hard part in packing was packing up the oars. After you disassemble, need to make sure you wrap up the rods with foam or something.. otherwise, it will rip through the bag.

Held up super well. It's an inflatable, so going to get tossed around in choppy waters regardless.
Much harder to transport a solid paddleboard Smilie

One tip is to buy a battery pack.. like the car charger ones. Then, you can inflate the paddleboard when you are near the water.. vs doing it plugged into your car. Especially good if you need to hike some to get to the water from a parking lot.

The board did scrape the sides on lava rock.. It was a tough entry to get into the water as I had a small launching window with rough tides. so it was going to scrape anyway. was worried that it would split open but it help up well. can see a scrape, but no puncture.

It's got all the essentials and the removable 3rd fin as well as the pump.
Pump is loud, feels flimsy, but does it's job.

For $300 and Costco return policy, I'd do this over Amazon.
If you are more worried about performance, get a solid paddleboard, not inflatable.

Looking for a quality electric pump for my SUPs...$50 would be a great price!
I bought one of Amazon but it was $60 in 2021. Tuomico 20psi inflator/deflator. Use it multiple times a year to pump up 4 boards. It has adaptors to fill up multiple inflatables.

Going fast in Olympia, WA Costco areas.
Who is the douche bag that is disliking these posts about these being in stock in WA? Isn't the whole idea of the comment section about providing feedback on the product and the availability?...who ever you are, you're an idiot.

How is this a deal at this price if it used to be $239.97 online? Granted now OOS, but still - $300 for an inflatable paddleboard is not a good deal especially considering the quality is meh at best, just check the reviews on Costco.com

Mine actually popped just sitting in the sand after going for a paddle a couple months ago. I believe I bought it in 2021, was going to try and return it since it not used a lot and was in good condition and just suddenly popped.

I also have experience with both the 2021 and 2022 models. One of the 2021 models did pop when I was pumping it up. 2022 model the board itself is holding up but the handle was starting to peel towards the end of last summer. I got some vinyl cement to stick it back and the couple of times it was used after that seemed to be fine. Let's see how it goes on with its 3rd season! (used about 15 times over last 2 summers)

I got one these BG Costco iSUPs back in 2022. That year the spring markdown was $320. Have used it about 5 to 6 times each year cruising some small calm lakes in OR. Has worked great for me. No real complaints aside from not reading the instructions correctly- and getting schooled by a weekend soccer mom on the correct way removing the inflator (she was right!).

Does anyone have this and use it frequently? Kind of curious to know if this one bows in the middle?
I had one 2 years ago, but had issues with some seams coming apart. I returned it. I understand that Body Glove addressed the issue with newer models. Pretty decent entry-level board that gets you on the water and having fun, but doesn't track exceptionally well and can be a bit difficult in the wind...better for calmer days. I plan to get back into it and was planning to spend a little more on an Atoll (on sale for $375) or iRocker (several models on sale). Not sure how much better they are though. Tempted to just pick this up at my local Costco instead (if they have them) and stop overthinking it!

I have one of these from either 2020 or 2021 with the manual pump. It's a workout to pump up, so electronic is awesome.

I have checked this in with just the backpack on multiple plane rides to Hawaii and Tahiti and it's still going strong.

To make it as firm as possible, you want to inflate to max PSI. BUT if you leave it in the sun, you have to let some air out, or the heat will make the air expand and increase PSI, sometimes so high that the board pops.

Seems to be different models? Any better deals at a similar price range?

Comparable deal is the Atoll at $375, if you're looking for options. Manual pump vs electric though.

Bought two online for $300 shipped. Both showed up the next day (glad I didn't pay for express shipping which would have taken 5 days 😋) I've been watching these for years, they generally drop to $250 in store if there are any left.

Unfortunately, I'm reading a lot of issues with delamination and ripped seams. Too many issues for my comfort. Hopefully they fixed this in this year's production but it seems unlikely since it seems like the last few years model had this issue.

Cosco's warranty is great but that doesn't do me a ton of good if a seam opens up in the middle of a lake. I think these are gonna go back and I'll wait on a deal on a brand with less issues.

Anyone have experience with the 2024 model? It seems like most bad reviews are for the older ones.
