Debt-incurring promotions like this shouldn't be on Slick Deals.

No Hard credit check, some options are interest-free. Obviously it's a personal choice, but I see nothing wrong with posting this as a little "hack" of sorts - not sure why everyone is so violently opposed

Probably safer than your healthcare coverage, it seems like once a year there's a data breach anymore
I work in the IT industry.....yep. Payment systems are pretty solid. Healthcare is trying to keep 10+ year old systems running as long as possible to keep shareholders happy.

1440x1600 is not 2k, I know I'm being pedantic, but just saying, none of the dimensions is ~2000

But 1600 is greater than 1500, so math tells me I can round up to 2000! /s

Still, this is a great device. I have one and love it. So much more versatile than the Asus Ally.

Those dimension must be wrong or that would be a 10:9 aspect ratio.

it's 2560x1600, and they advertise it as QHD or WQXGA. Not sure how OP put that info in there wrong.

Personally, I can't imagine why anybody would care how high the resolution is once you get past about 1000 lines of resolution on a 8 inch screen… I mean are you guys like superman or something?

Anyway, if your eyes are really that good… More power to you…

I think it's ironically funny how it seems like a huge number of people are simultaneously concerned about high resolution, and at the same time are playing games like Minecraft, where the resolution is intentionally very, very low.

I guess some people prefer their low resolution blocks in high resolution. Still trying to wrap my head around it, lol.

But hey, I'm just an old guy with bad eyes, so what do I know?

Like I said, more power to those who can appreciate the difference.

Is lenovo selling replacement controllers yet? This the biggest failure for these handhelds. Especially stick drift. I would rather be able to replace the controller than a whole console

I don't get it either. If you have an 8 inch screen and are holding the thing in your lap or so that's usually about 2 ft away from your face if not a little more. At that size screen and distance you can't tell the difference after about 720p. The visual acuity distance for an 8 inch screen at 720p is 1.4 ft. If you hold the screen closer to you then you would want maybe a 1080p screen. It's the same people that "need" to play games at 4k 240 Hz even though you can't tell the difference between 2k 120 Hz and 4k 240 Hz. Some people are just obsessed with numbers.
