The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who meet all of the following criteria: (a) reside within one of the eligible zip codes of the Chicago, IL, New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA areas (as defined in Exhibit A) (each a "City" collectively "Territory"); (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (c) have a valid email account.
The Sweepstakes will begin 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 and end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on Sunday, May 19, 2024 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.
PRIZE: Twenty (20) winners from each City will each receive one (1) prize (collectively, "Winners", each a "Winner"), for a total of sixty (60) prizes (collectively, "Prizes", each a "Prize"). Each Prize is a grilling package for a Memorial Day barbecue and will consist of the following: one (1) IGLOO®** 14-quart hard cooler with built-in Bluetooth®** wireless speakers, reusable grocery bags, oven mitt, kitchen tools, apron, hand towel, and select grocery items (such as meats for grilling, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, chips, and non-alcoholic beverages). ARV: Up to $599.00 each.
