Anyone know if these card readers can actually transmit using USB 3.0 or higher speeds since USB 2.0 will bottleneck some faster cards

The amazon product page claims it's USB 3.0. However, it's only UHS-I, not UHS-II. So it will still bottleneck the latest cards.

You can get a USB 3.2, UHS-II SD card reader for $9.99 on Amazon. so I don't see the appeal of this "deal".
