Everything bought from them come with their 90 days warranty. New iPhone also have one year warranty from Apple, that's my understanding

TF unlock policy is online, numerous threads on SD for TF, ST, TbyV with info. Just search.

it unlock itself most time. In case something wrong, you call tracfone unlock department and they will unlock it manually

So if you don't get what you ordered, file a complaint with ebay? Ebay is notorious for siding with the buyer when there are conflicts, especially ones like this. And if that doesn't work (for whatever reason?), you have the protections on your credit card.

I mean, companies make mistakes. Sometimes they're even out to maliciously pull one over you. But you have gobs upon gobs of protections against that. But hey, if you're too afraid to buy a telephone, you can always pass on the deal.

Agreed. I personally don't feel comfortable looking at a possible followup and reverse shipping and refunds etc and will avoid.
But that might not be true for others.
