BUT I did google outback.com:"Joey Sirloin"
and it showed a valid link @10.99 for the kids meal
with an option to get a baker, baked sweet potato, or fries.
No option to change from well done though.
Buy chuck roast, the right piece will get 3 or 4 5oz medallions out of it. (stew the off cuts)
Season if desired (s&p, garlic powder, bay leaf for example), and vac seal them. Freeze for later if desired.
Sous vide them for 6hrs+ at your fav temp (129Ā° for me). I turn it on when I leave for the office and let it run til dinner.
Take them out, pat dry and throw under the broiler for a couple min on each side.
Air fry some Ore Ida frozen french fries or whatever side fits your taste. Grab a flat of King's Hawaiian or other dinner rolls.
Washing up will be the downside, but cost per plate will be less and the sous vide chuck will be more tender than the Outback sirloin and doneness of your choosing.
