What's the warranty? Bauer's is only 90 days and was on sale for $40 the other week.. but it's been well reviewed for it's power though

This has a 1 year warranty. I picked this one up from bestbuy when it was on sale for the same price in February. I am pretty happy with it for $45. It seems pretty well built, comes with a fair amount of tools and the one year warranty.
