So Kirkland 30-pack is $19.99 for me and is 1425 sq ft. $0.014028 / sq ft
This Cottonelle costs $31.80 (after credit) and is 2x24-pack =2x898.97 sq ft = 1797.95 sq ft. This costs $0.017687 / sq ft.
(353 sheets, each sheet is 3.82 in. x 4.0 in., and this purchase is 48 rolls, this gets 1797.95 sq ft)

So Kirkland is better value per sq ft.

BTW, if you still have your discover credit card offer ($10 off $75 when using any discover rewards) like I did, I ordered S&S on three 24packs, used $1 of discover rewards and the rest of the discover. Came out to be like $66.

Haven't been able to order anything on amazon that was sold my amazon, so this TP deal was the first chance I had to use the discover deal.

i'm also curious if anyone can tell between quality. Like the Charmin is noticeably thicker and softer (feels like i don't need as much sheets) vs Costco. How's Cottonelle fare?

Yeah I haven't received the credit from previous deals either. Some people say you usually get it the day of delivery but we will see I guess. Amazon customer support gonna be swamped with people complaining if the credit never shows on all those accounts lol
