It was $3 more at the store. Better to buy online and pick up at the store.
I've noticed that Target advertises different price in-store vs online /app, which I think is ridiculous. I'll double check any items and if there is a difference I'll ask to price match online and the cashier usually does so without much issue
I've definitely noticed this as well and either online or in store price could be better. It's certainly frustrating to have to double check items online and in store to get the best deal.

I also bought this set from Target about 2 months ago. I'll see how long they last. The material on the handles seem pretty cheap.
For most people this will do nicely. Pretty good deal for entry level but usable stuff

The claimed capacity of the lopper is 1 1/2" which is a bit generous. I'd use a dual pivot, PowerGear or a (one-handed) cordless reciprocating saw with pruning blade with most branches over 3/4-1".
Made in Vietnam for anyone that cares.
Thanks!
