Why not just get Asus, you ask? Well yeah but just saying if Dell could just bring down the weight a little, not even as much as Asus, then deals like this would be a steal. And even if not this low in price, there are other benefits to buying Dell (credit card offers, etc) that aren't really available for Asus and Acer.
ASUS is kind of in a bit of hot water lately for their customer service and warranty scam business model they are running. Its getting some negative publicity right now. And its been on going for a while and ASUS has yet to admit to anything nor make any changes

I dropped it (not remember how many times) since it is heavy. The screen is terrible outside.
It' now sitting in my clu (containerized living unit) as a working pc rather than a laptop.
If you plan to buy this as a PC replacement or you need to work out with it for your arms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back...then buy it. Otherwise, buy something small and light.
