It's a refurb and totally based on ones opinions of a refurb. I am not one to consider refurbs of devices like this, so I don't see a deal. Just talking price and product, yeah its a good price, but its not a new product.

Just received mine:

100% Battery Capacity.
Little over 7 Months left Ltd Warranty.

Came with cheap Aftermarket Strap, but works.
Came with Aftermarket Charger, doesn't work.
Pristine condition otherwise, as far as I can tell.

I paid $729 new, with no tax from the Exchange a few weeks ago. That worked out better than the $699 at Sam's club last black friday, which would have been $750ish for me after tax, and wasn't sure I wanted it back then. Saw it at the Apple store and knew I had to get one!
