What's crazy is you never think you need something like this... until you do. Was cleaning out under kitchen sink this weekend and found the faucet was leaking! Fortunately, it was a quick fix with no major damage.
I looked into these when the YoLink leak sensors were posted earlier this week, which I ultimately ordered. I already have Govee thermometer/hygrometers and wanted to stay within one brand if I could. What made me decide against these was that this version of the "hub/gateway" can only pair up to 10 leak sensors. I have more potential leak zones I'd like to monitor than that. Govee's newer version claims to be able to pair up to 100 sensors and supports the LoRa connection standard which they claim helps increase range. Here's a link to that one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CQ8G866F
I chose to try the YoLink because they also make smart shutoff valves for the main water line to actually respond if a leak is detected. If you get Govee sensors, you'll have to figure out another solution for that (which I doubt is very hard with something like Alexa or HomeAssistant or whatever, but still an extra step).
If you only want notification of a leak and don't need that many sensors, this kit looks solid otherwise.

Not sure if this is a good deal though...
