Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 18 or older as of date of entry, with a a valid U.S. driver's license or government issued photo ID

There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day.

Grand Prize – Maximum of two (2) grand prize awards available: Each Grand Prize winner shall receive a trip for four (4) for the winner and up to three (3) guests (each age 18 or older) to Miami, FL for a Private Yacht rental experience. Each grand prize trip shall include:

Round trip coach class airfare for four (winner and 3 guests each age 18 or older) from the gateway airport nearest to the winner's residence as designated by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator in its sole discretion, to the Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator designated airport servicing Miami, FL (i.e. MIA or FLL). Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;
NOTE: If winner resides within 250 miles of Miami, FL, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a $750 travel stipend towards ground transportation, in lieu of airfare, in its sole discretion. Winner shall not receive any other compensation in replacement of airfare portion of the prize.
NOTE: Winner is solely responsible for all ground transportation including airport and hotel transfers.
Two (2) rooms for (2)-nights each standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy, at the Sponsor designated hotel in the Miami, FL metro area. Actual hotel location and reservation dates will be solely determined by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator based upon availability;
Private yacht rental experience for an approximately four (4) hour excursion for winner and up to three (3) guests (each 18 years of age or older), during their travel dates in Miami, FL, based upon availability. Private yacht rental date, time and departure location shall be as solely determined and designated by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator, departing from a designated dock location in the Miami, FL metro area.


Winner and guests are solely responsible for being present at the date, time and location as designated by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator for private Yacht rental excursion, and are solely responsible for all costs associated with prize redemption and use including but not limited to transportation to yacht rental dock departure location, parking, meals, gratuity, miscellaneous expenses, and any other cost or expense not specifically included in the description of the prize set forth above.



Winner and guests shall each be required to complete all liability release waivers required prior to yacht departure, and are subject to all policies, safety requirements and terms and conditions of hosting private Yacht excursion rental service provider. Winner and guests are each subject to the COVID-19 restrictions, policy and/or vaccination requirements of hosting yacht rental company. Winner and guests must follow the safety procedures and direction of all staff and behave in a responsible and appropriate manner, or winner and guests may be barred from participating, result in early termination of yacht rental and/or shall forfeit this portion of the prize award. Scheduled private yacht rental excursion departure date and time subject to cancellation and rescheduling without notice for any reason including due to inclement weather conditions, pandemic restrictions, captain or staff illness, government orders, acts of god, force majeure or any other reason beyond control of Sponsor. Winner shall not receive any substitute prize award or compensation in event of rescheduling, postponement or cancellation of scheduled yacht rental due to inclement weather conditions, pandemic restrictions, captain or staff illness, government orders, acts of god, force majeure or any other reason beyond control of Sponsor.



Maximum value of each grand prize not to exceed $8,500. Maximum aggregate value of all available prize awards: $17,000.

All travel dates shall be at Sponsor's sole discretion, must be completed by September 30, 2025, is subject to availability, and excludes travel during certain Sponsor designated blackout dates, local and national holidays. Actual travel dates based upon availability, and as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. If all travel has not been completed by September 30, 2025, the prize shall be forfeit and no additional substitute prize award or compensation shall be available.
