Started playing around with the specs and can get i9 4070 with mechanical keyboard for $1349 before discounts. Seems to be a pretty solid deal if I can get the other discounts to stack.

I wasn't able to apply both coupons. I did the transaction first applying dpay coupon and it didn't immediately show a discount but said it would apply to the card once I used dell pay financing at checkout. I then applied the 10% coupon that did show discount. Then I checked out paid using dell pay. Final amount didn't reflect dpay $100 off so I called customer support they said cannot apply two coupons.

What is Dell Pay Credit?
Do you have to apply for Dell credit card? I have my background check frozen to prevent identification thief.
