The 11x14's should be printed out and then put in a flat fitted envelope just as a 4x6 or 8x10 would . It should not be handed to you rolled up. If that is the case, I'd suggest speaking to mng'nt.

EDIT - NVM, something was wrong with my image but I got it working.

In my case the image needed to be cropped to fit the page. I did this offline and uploaded the edit and that worked.
