In for 2. Nearly BOGO. The NCAA ball appears to be the exact same as the AVP one, the only difference being the NCAA vs AVP logo/lettering.

If you are on the fence, and you plan to use more than a few times it is worth it. The low end, but good brand volleyballs will cost $25 or more anyway.
If $45 is just too much,
I actually have the "replica" version of this ball, and am pleased with it. It is $25 at Walmart.

I thought most colleges use Molten? That is what they use at the championships. Not that this isn't a good ball or anything, but the marketing is NCAA tour.
