The ones I've had of these are all pretty good. Used to buy them for the office and with a rice pack and sauce makes for two meals and quick when a person has a bank of microwaves available. They're rather mild but flavorful. Don't expect homemade or mom and pop restaurant but they're doable. I don't remember what the price is at Costco - not showing in a web search.

Costco Organic Madras Lentils 8 pack of 10oz is 15.79$. It goes for 4.80$ off during sales couple of times a year. So 1.98$ regularly or 1.38$ on sale per packet.

I like these ,but it's to expensive now compared to precovid ,not worth it better selection at Indian supermarket for cheaper
