We've been using both sides of this every day for about a year and a half now. Not one issue at all. It's been great.

Too bad they don't have a K-cup option like Instant Pod. As a Ninja owning family, we'd love to use a machine that allows for all 3 (K-cup, filtered and Nespresso compatible espresso).

You can set the left side to 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 28, 37, 46 and 55 oz. Left side is quiet. Right side is louder but not louder than the stand alone nespresso machine we had. About the same. It doesn't wake anyone up.
