Laptop power bank: Can i use micro-usb port to charge laptop?

Lets say i forgot my usb-c cable.
i only have my micro-usb phone charger cable.

can i do power bank's usb-a to laptop micro-usb to charge the laptop?

You typically can't use a micro-USB port to charge a laptop because micro-USB doesn't provide enough power. Most laptops need more power than micro-USB can supply. If your laptop supports charging via USB, it's likely through a USB-C port with Power Delivery (USB-PD), not micro-USB. Always check your laptop's specifications to be sure!

i found an otterbox 18w 10k powerbank.
but usb-a and usb-c outputs both max at 12v (1.5A).

also it doesn;t say anything about power delivery.

just tried usb-A to my laptop's usb-c.
laptop isn't charging Frown
