Help me find best cell plan for security system

My router allows me to connect an iPhone with a cell plan as a backup in case the cable goes out. What is the best plan for this? I only need data, minutes/text are not important, and also I want something that does not expire if not used.
By the way, the connection needs to stay live only for cameras checking with the server, not a regular cloud backup, as the videos are stored locally.
