Costco has matched this price. OOS online, but in-warehouse price has dropped to $1999. May be less if your particular warehouse has received C4 models.

Includes 5 year warranty extension (2 years LG + 1 year Costco + 2 years Allstate). No delivery, though.

They are far from being inferior. Not as good, yes. Inferior, nope. In fact the C3 is still recommended as a best buy over the C4 since the C4 isn't that much better.

Just went to my local BJs in NJ and they had it for $1999 (same as Amazon) but they included 5 year warranty (2 in club and 3 via third party) as well as $200 gift card. Bringing the price down to $1799

Sealed and New in box for 1,500.(very much a ymmv deal). There were 5 sealed clearance C3s at that price.

a few folks on the Sam's thread who got display units marked down to 1,239 from the ymmv clearance price of 1,500.

This deal is available on LG website for same price and an additional 16% from CB site and extra 6% double cash back from Citi if Eligible.
Total comes at my location ~$1712 with Taxes after CB. I haven't seen a better deal than this yet
