Rokket, I like many of your deals, but you need to read reviews before posting. They are mostly horrible on the Home Depot website. When that happens, you're setting us up for a bad deal, not a Slick Deal. Please strive for consumer satisfaction... that's why we're here. Regards.

Thanks for your comment, much appreciated. This set has a 69% recommendation rating, which isn't great, but I think the deal is worth considering at $265 (save 67%).

The $799 list price for this set is outrageous, unlikely it was ever sold at that price, making the savings percentage somewhat irrelevant here.

Agreed. It's on Chinese marketplace site Temu for $20 more so that initial BS anchor price at $799 is just to skew perception. It's worth $125.

HD list price is generally irrelevant for such sets. Nobody in their right mind will pay $799 for this. No offense meant to OP. These are still overpriced by $100 even after deals. You can find these in local furniture stores for about $100 less. I guess you are paying for convenience here - returns, delivery etc. if these aspects are important, the deal price is average.
