Looks nearly identical to the Cangshan(sp?) set I got for $20 a couple of years ago. Probably the same manufacturer in shenzen, just stamped "Henkels" now.
Sidebar, I remember when Henkels was a respected brand made in Solingen, Germany. *le sigh*
If these are indeed the same, the blade angles are extremely shallow which makes for a razor-sharp edge. But the steel is soft, so that edge rolls ridiculously easy. And because the blades are thin, even up to the spine, you're probably going to have to try to re-profile the edge to try to make it less shallow and more useful. That's a lot of work. And the steel is still very soft so you'll be re-sharpening often.
All that is to say these are grossly overpriced for what you're getting.

I'd say the big difference here is the vendor - if the knives end up having problems down the road I'll just return them
In for 1, will be great for bbq/smoking or for camping

Fair play, I just wish Costco vetted their products a little more like the used to do, because I'm pretty fed up constantly standing in the damned return line because they're selling so many crap products.
