The purpose of the one in the OP is to use the phone while underwater.. the whole idea with easy accessible side buttons are to use the camera functions since underwater capacitive touch doesn't really work.

I have this onn case (bought 2 years ago but I think it's the same one) and it works well to keep phones dry but it doesn't float. It actually sinks fast, I almost lost my phone in the ocean.

I have a pelican brand one that looks exactly the same. It fits my Galaxy Fold 5 well but not sure that a newer Galaxy ultra would fit. That said, I used mine at the beach today and it was perfect.

I used these before, if your finger is wet or if the case has water on the outside, the phone is very difficult to use. But it's worth it if you use the side buttons for taking photos.

Agreed, the dry bag is opaque. however one of the versions of the dry bag linked comes with a case just like the OP. So one could get the dry bag and the phone pouch for less ? I bought a transparent pouch for my phones about 5 years ago and it still works. It wasn't a brand name so I be the one by the OP will work well.
