Seems like a solid deal, what am I missing?
I've tried this it doesn't work. When you apply the dpay coupon it says it'll discount after you use dell pay financing. I went through the motions and it did not apply it after completing payment. I then called order support and they suggested you cannot apply two coupons so I then had to cancel the order.
Replace DPAY with the 10% coupon from signing up for newsletter. You shouldn't include coupons that requires a credit pull - if we did that then everything on Amazon would be like $100 off all the time.

Where is the link to sign up for 10% newsletter? haven't purchased Dell for a while. Switched from Dell to Lenovo years ago. But for $900 with AMEX offers like $150 off, not bad.
This one supports up to 64GB DDR5 RAM and it has 2 x M.2 slots. All are user upgradable.

I bought this when it was posted two weeks ago. Thread from last time. I also bought this MSI from Costco[archive.org] (archive link because Costco removed it from the website) for $600 at my Costco. I don't play games, so I'm not sure which one I should keep.

If you're not going to game at all, go with the Costco one. Lighter, much better processor, double the ram. Screen is just basic FHD but if you're not gaming you probably won't care about this too much.
