Takes power from a car's alternator to charge a device. Done at higher power than available via any normal 12v plug setup. Issue would become whether an alternator can supply such power. I'd assume the system has smarts enough to limit power pulled.

Does anyone know if the reverse battery maintenance mode has adjustable voltage? I have AGM batteries and they need a little bit higher voltage.
