Would playing 1920x1080 res games on this look terrible? I don't have a fancy GPU (2060 super) and don't play the latest games either (mostly retro, fortnite, roblox, and minecraft) but the price and size of this monitor is quite tempting.

you can bump up the game's resolution to 1440p, unless you are talking about ancient old games that require an emulator...

It's old games that don't support high resolutions and some require emulator. 1920x1080 is sort of the higher end of the resolution for the games I'm playing so 1440p and 4k are bit out of the question. I just did some research and they say 720p scales better on 1440p but overall the it's not wise to get 1440p monitor for playing low res games. They say 1080p scales better for UHD resolution monitor.
