Not really, lol. 144Hz is trash for fast motion games like shooters and racing. When your main goal is to pump out 350+ FPS, you want literally the highest refresh rate you can get. This is why there is a fad for older CRTs. If your thoughts are to buy a 144Hz OLED for gaming, you may as well just get a nice TV to be honest...

Depends on the game you play, for FPS i prefer 16:9 than ultrawide. Also for multiple monitor setup 16:9 is also easier.
