I've had the chicken breast in water and it was surprisingly good - maybe the best canned meat I've had.
The other stuff = soy/wheat/veg oils etc

Grabbed a 12 pack before for fast meals when I am in a hurry, add some sauce of choice and side with the 1 minute rice and you have a quick, cheap, tasty, and fairly healthy meal over getting fast food. It also makes great chicken salad.

Dollar tree sells the chicken ala king for $1.25 everyday when they have it in stock. I've found the bigger stores usually stock it & I grab a few cans to keep in the cabinet.

I havent heard of Chicken a la King since 70's and 80's tv reruns lol. It was the elegant sounding name of the dinner they cooked when their friends came over lol.

Holy Flashbacks Batman, used to eat this stuff as a kid. Hmmm, might have to get a few for old time sake. Used to smother it over a couple pieces of toast.
