Beware, these guys will send you a used product and you will be able to tell that it's been used. These are likely customer returns, just don't expect any refurbishing done

JSYK, We really like the one from Walmart that's only 15 lb. It makes a surprise a difference to not have to lug it in and out of the back trunk

And this is where you tell them you want a replacement or a refund -- and if they refuse, do a chargeback! If everyone did this, businesses wouldn't be able to get away with acting like that.

Ordered mine about a month ago and it's pretty dang solid. FYI with this retailer though. They tend to sell a LOT of broken, used, refurbished items. They list them as new but are not always new. Ive maybe ordered 30 items from them over the past year and had to return about 10 from being used/damaged. So inspect your cart!

well, my offer of 40 was accepted and the order is being processed. If i DO receive one that looks used, like some other people have mentioned on here, then I definitely will return it ,and make note of that here in the comments as well as on eBay

I offered $35, seller counter offered with 40 dollars. so I think 40 is the base line.

I've purchased from this seller before. All products were new, some repackaged.

Returns are easy and free.
